We had to access Cliff's two different times while in Mesa with our trailer. First, we had to replace an add-on tow mirror that "flew off" while approaching Mesa. They had what we needed, their price was better than anyone else's, and they quickly put it on for us.
Second, we needed advice on our trailer-car hitch set-up and found out from Equalizer Hitch that Cliff's was the preferred dealer in Mesa. They realized we were "on the road" and needed to leave town that day. They made time for us in their already booked schedule. They took us right in when we arrived, reviewed the situation, provided us an assessment of options, checked our tire pressure on the trailer, and never charged us because they did not have a solution for us!
Great service. Friendly staff. We will add them to our basic resource list when traveling through Mesa with a trailer.
