I'm going to name drop for this one! Marcus and Taylor! You guys are awesome and helped me out so much this week! It honestly would've been so much more stressful without you guys. Coming to this specific T-Mobile location multiple (and I mean MULTIPLE) times, I've observed almost every employee interact with myself as well as others. Taylor and Marcus by far are the 2 who stand out and have that really good customer service. I've worked retail all of my life so I'm always a critic. I highly recommend these guys be brought into management within the company if they aren't already. Everyone who came in was helped openly and honestly by these 2 in specific. I make a point to write reviews when I'm either astounded at the greatness of my experience or horrified. You can guess which one this reflects! Thank you so much!!!!
