After having issues with another glass company, I opted to get my last chip repaired through Safelite. I really appreciated that I could just schedule the appointment online and not have to wait and see if someone would bother to respond (one of the issues I had with the previous company). I arrived right on time for my appointment. The repair took a little longer than it should have, but it was Saturday morning, they were busy, and the tech apologized for the delay. I would definitely use their services again (and given that I live in Phoenix, will likely need them again!).
