Totally uncoordinated business. They don't tell you when your car is ready and I had to hunt someone down to find my keys.
I tried to use a "free wash" coupon I got in the mail and then pay the difference for an interior wipe down and vacuum but I was told that's not an option. So I paid $14.99 and got basic wash and vacuum.
After they "washed it" there were still black spots on bumper and behind tires so I spoke with manager and they redid it by hand...again. They gave me a coupon for another free wash.
Overall customer service was good by the manager but the entire ordeal was pretty uncoordinated. There seemed to be no system or communication. Poor quality wash.
