If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Like the other poster, I could not get them to call me back to schedule my groupon. Finally I contacted Groupon to let them know what was going on and then and only then she calls me back. She argues with me that I never left a message! Then when I get to the apt., not only is the therapist 20 minutes late, but she has been double booked so I leave without a massage. Probably the best thing since everything else about this place is so bad, the massage probably would have been too. I let Groupon know what happened and asked for my money refunded which they did.
