I've been going to Body Blitz for a few years now and it is a solid choice for a day spa in the City. I prefer the East end location because it seems to be less busy overall.
Courteous staff, clean facilities, and the water features are all wonderful. Temperature of all the pools are just right. Every service I've had here has been relaxing and very enjoyable. My go-to drink is the Iced Chai Milkshake and it's fantastic each time.
It's a perfect as a personal soulful mini escape, a fun spa day with the girls, or a relaxing place to bring your Mom.
