We literally just left Nordstrom's a hour ago and I had such a good experience within the baby/children's department, had to get this review in quickly before I forgot the name of the women helping us. We had originally just came in with an exchange for a stroller (Nuna Mixx2) we received from our family just needed it in a different color. I called in to make sure they carried it in that color and spoke with the same women that helped us in the store, her name was Kiana. (I might have missed spelt it) But she was absolutely great! She knew it all when it came to all the strollers and how they worked. She gave us a show case of how to use the stroller we already received and compared it to a similar ones. We did our exchange and also ended up signing up for a card for Nordstrom and getting some points as well! Her attitude was so fun loving, positive, and funny! Honestly the best customer service I've received there and in general in recent times. Excited for more shopping in this department.
