Not at all what was promised. After a thirty minute wait, my sister was taken back by Greg to be adjusted while she continued to wait for a masseuse. She came back in tears. His idea of small talk while adjusting her consisted of making derragatory comments about her stress levels, her mental health, and how uncooperative she was being. When she expressed how uncomfortable he was making her, he became more standoffish and aggressive and blamed her for the failing appointment, stating that she had problems he couldn't fix and that she couldn't possibly have a pleasant experience here and it was all her fault. She then stated that she didn't feel comfortable contuining with her appointment, and he once again blamed her for overreacting. She immedieatly left feeling belittled, disrespected, and more stressrd than when she arrived.
