One time two men came into the apartment to check on the fire alarms. My girlfriend just had surgery and was laying in our bed and wasn't fully clothed, so I told the two men that came into my apartment that my girlfriend wasn't decent yet and to wait a minute before entering our room, he said no problem and that he didn't even need to check on that room. I go into the closet to put a shirt on real quick and come out to see this guy already made his way into our room and my girlfriend is struggling to cover herself with a blanket. I wish I could say this was the only negative experience we had with the Venue, but living here was littered with bad experiences.
The people on here and the phones are super cool though, but the Venue outsources their customer service, so what can you expect.
This place is garbage.
