After an error with our first appointment I made a phone call to the store and spoke to Matt. He was very helpful and got us another appointment at my connivence. The tech that helped us, Fred, was awesome and these two employees went above and beyond to make our second trip into the store a very good experience. Fred took his time and went over everything with my daughter and walked her through what needed to be done after we got home. Fred even made sure he explained everything and included things with her apple watch. Matt and Fred did a superb job and these two made this experience a good one!
