This place is a joke... Took my 10 year son for first time appt.. Once we arrive staff was ok... They took my son his xrays once that was done they dentist checked him out and told me he needed a root canal! They said i have to wait for my insurance to approve it first since my insurace is hard to get anything approve. That was a total lie! i have gone to other dentist and never had to wait for an approval from my insurance. If you ask me they just want their money first before they do the work. I was upset because at the time my son had a bit of a pain on his tooth. and they were not going to work on him until my insurance approved. I left and never went back. I called wonderful smiles right then and there next day appt took him and with no pre approvals needed. also with free xrays since Radiant didnt wanted to give me my origanl xrays..
