I Have had my HyBike for about 3 years, it has been awesome. I just recently traded it in for the newer mountain bike style of HyBike and while I do LOVE the new one the Alkaline model I used to have had a ton of storage! My daughter could sit on the back seat and go to the grocery store with me and we still had plenty of room to haul food back with us. When my daughter was younger the guys at the shop helped me hook up a kids trailer and my bike would pull it with no effort at all. The only time the bike did not have full power was when me, my wife and my daughter(in the trailer) would go to costco, we would fill up the bike and trailer with stuff AND the tree of us and only then would it take a long time to get to full speed-but it would get to top speed! I have had a few flat tires from nails and such along with one battery pack needing replaced(after 2.5 years) and Dave and Mitch at the shop are always quick and fair about the repairs. I recommend HyBikes to anyone who is tired of high gas prices!
