Fresh Guacamole made to order at your table, IS the first thought that comes to mind when I think of Paco's. Super fresh, delish, tasty guacamole every time, served with those complimentary chips which again is very tasty. The complimentary salsa is damn good too, would love it a bit more spicy though.
We ordered couple corona's and order the mix and match taco's. Couple Al Pastor and Wood Grilled Chicken taco's. Phew 3 tacos sound like small portion right, but these are huge taco's served with rice, beans and slaw. That's a huge portion enough for two. Loved Al Pastor - the pork was perfectly cooked and it was juicy and delicious. What could go wrong with chicken taco it was perfect as well. The beans was just as delicious and so was the rice.
Always love the vibe at this place, and our waiter mentioned that Paco's was ranked 2nd best tex-mex in the country last year. Interesting!!
