Last night I went to CVS pharmacy. When I came out I found my car was towed. I called ZIP TOW and they gave me the run around. I tried to show the tow company my CVS receipt and asked them to call the pharmacist to verify I was there but they refused to listen to me. They said they had paged me several times and I was parked there all day which was a completely untrue. They threatened to send me to collection, sue me and call the police unless I paid. They wanted me to use their ATM to give them cash. After several hours I paid the couple hundred dollars and left with my car. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will never be a customer of this CVS again!
