The facility is very modern, clean, & nice. Dr. Heetland was very courteous and made sure all my questions about my eye health were answered. The only downfall is the follow up process for my glasses. I understand that it takes abt 7 to 10 business days for the glasses to complete. I called in on the 8th day at around 4pm just to get a status update as i am so eager to get a hold of my new eyewear and i was told by the woman who answered the phone (i will not name any individual) she was going to call me back shortly after she calls the lab. However, i never got a call back from her or anyone from the office. I called back the following day past 4:30pm to check on the status once again. This time another individual called the lab while she put me on hold which i didn't mind just so i can get an answer or status update. I was told that the glasses should be in on Monday 10/13 (i'm hopeful). I think their follow up process with customers leaves a lot to be desired.
Not so much with Dr. Heetland, but with the front staff's customer service may need greater improvement. Thank you

My glasses arrived today and was able to pick them up. They are nice looking and i'm satisfied with them. Thank you Dr. Heetland for expediting the process and for rectifying things. Happy Friday!
