Worst experience of my life!!! Was told that we were going to get a great monthly service charge for $168.00. Instead I got a bill within 30 days for $1500.00. They couldn't fix it I was told. No one had the authority. After endless phone calls to remedy the situation we have nothing but headaches and now a bill for $2000 has arrived at my door after I cancelled services and they picked up equipment weeks ago?! So disappointed in this lack of integrity and ethics. Not sure what to do at this point. Buyer Beware is all I can say.
