We just moved into our new home and were visited by 4 or 5 security companies . I have never had a security system and wanted some time to research each company.Most were insistent on an immediate answer right then or the deal was off. Sabrina and Edgar came and offered a good deal. They were patient professional and non pushy. Sabrina gave me a card and said to give her a call after I discussed things with my wife .
Two weeks went by and I was researching and learning about security systems and reading lots of reviews. Sabrina and Edgar were doing a follow up on our street with one of their clients and I called them over and got signed up. The customer service they gave was awesome. Sabrina is awesome and is so reliable. No tricks no hidden fees. She's a straight shooter.
She set up an install for Saturday. My time frame was 4-6 pm. Patrick arrived at 3:55 five minutes early. That never happens!!!!! He knows his stuff. He advised me on a better doorbell camera and I couldn't be happier. He knows his equipment. I asked a million questions and he answered them patiently . After he left I had a minor issue and texted Sabrina. She answered quickly and Patrick called me back and fixed the issue over the phone.
Sabrina was in the neighborhood the next day and did a follow up. So hot ..out and she still followed up.
It's good to know that good customer service holds strong. Thank you Synergy.
