We are moving to this neck of the woods soon and even though we'd dined here a few years ago, we wanted to try it out again, now that it's in "our neighborhood". SUPERB! We had two friends with us who loved it and were surprised, like us, at the "upscale-ness" of the menu. The food was beautifully presented and really delicious! We had the pork schitzel, barbecued salmon (and our guests had something else I can't recall what). We all loved the food. The ambiance is cozy, "Old West"...charming & intimate. Our server, Nicole, was a doll.....funny, informative, & very accommodating to our questions & requests. There was a wedding on the patio and it looked like the guests were having a ball (it was a lovely setting).
Toto Bar & Grill is Definitely now on our list of "regular" dining experiences.....as good or better than many of the chi-chi, high-end restaurants in Scottsdale.
