Avoid!!! until the Office is Restaffed or someone new is hired to get them together!!
Where do I start? I don't personally see anyone at this office. But I moved my Parents here from Arkansas in April, and DR T had great reviews about his demeanor and just basically that he is a great DR. I figured what is the harm in a Staff that isn't that good. Well there is my mistake. My Step dad has a lot of health issues and getting referalls to a Diabetic Dr, Heart Dr, Wound Clinic, ETC. is priority and getting setup in his new AZ life. My mom is deaf and she needs certain referalls as well. You can't get anyone on the phone.. I actually get to scheduling then tell them who I need, I then wait. I had to go in and get the actual referals from the staff there, because somehow the other places aren't getting them. So i got them and faxed them myself.
I learned to just go directly to his MA and she was great, and I just learned 2 weeks ago it was her last day, and she was still helping me sort some stuff out. I left 2 messages last week about a wound referral and no one is getting back to me.
DR T needs to remove whoever is in charge of the staff. Put someone in charge who knows how to organize, respond, and lead a team.
I'm frustrated.. I'm on yelp to find a new DR for my Parents.. Someone with a staff that cares.
