Called to set a 2pm appointment but notified them 49min before that I would be approx 15-20 min late i arrived at exactly 2:15pm. Walked straight to the salon counter where no one acknowledged or greeted my mother and I. I searched for staff members, and none were available, 2 at register and one other by makeup tending to another customer. I finally politely asked one of the hairstylist with a blond hair and nose ring what the protocol is and unpleasantly without eye contact, no welcome greeting, she replied back to me with "Do you have an appointment?!". She was short, sent me to my seat to wait and no follow up with how long the wait will be for the next 20min. Another lady with blonde hair (Erin)was finally notified that I was her 2pm and though this lady has been darting my presence from across the room for the past 20min, she finally acknowkedged me after she finished her last hair appointment at 2:40pm and dare to say I am the one who was late. Regardless of who was late, all I wished for was a more welcoming approach, a sense of thorough follow ups with reassurance that I will be taken care of. I am a very patient person and I am truly understanding to short staff BUT the unwelcoming and no follow up to how long my wait will be etc., just left a sour taste in my mouth. Customer service is customer service and if you can't provide it, then I advise this company to take a better look at who they hire. I have been in the business long enough, and customer service has always been important to me. This is my first time here and you can bet it'll be my last.
