They are always upfront and honest with you about the services they recommend and take the time to explain to you what they are doing or what will be needed. Dr. Xu is the first dentist I've been to who apologizes when something hurts and sincerely means it! He seems very knowledgable and looks out for your best interests. Also, they have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch Hulu or listen to Pandora to distract you. Highly recommended.
