Worst customer service ever. The younger dark girl who made our sandwiches (I think she said her name was shawny or something) was super friendly and smiley and nice. I ordered a sandwich and asked for double meat, expecting it to cost anywhere between $1-3 (I used to work at subway). She told me it would cost extra, I said it's fine. Then the manager rang me up and it was $15!! I was shocked, she asked if I wanted my receipt and I said yes, and I noticed she charged me twice for double meat which alone totaled to $5. When I confronted her about it she denied it and then said they have an "extra meat" option AND a "double meat" option, WHO KNEW?! Not only did they not mention it to me or inform me, ITS NOT EVEN WRITTEN ANYWHERE ON THEIR DAMN MENU. The manager was such a fucking bitch, didn't even offer to give me my money back, let alone APOLOGIZE?! Nothing at all. I told her they need to explain that to customers because we don't have any way of knowing and she just gave me this rude sarcastic ass smile and said OKAY! Fucking ridiculous, I feel bad for the poor sweet girl that has to deal with that thing managing her. Never going back to this location again. Ps - I also noticed ants all over the floor when I was done eating my sandwich
