Horrible service. They don't care about their customers. I wanted to make a reservation for 13 people for my birthday. They said that they don't make reservations and that we should arrive at 5:30 PM and just wait till 7:30 PM to be seated. Or if the table is available earlier, I suppose I would have to take the table and just wait till everybody else arrives at 7:30 PM. I understand not taking reservations for small tables 2-4 people. But seriously, who doesn't take reservations for a table of 13.
They are obviously money hungry and very careless. I don't feel that my request was unacceptable.
I ended up reserving at another sushi all-you-can-eat place. No problems
