This is review is for their parts department only.
Today I went down to Desert BMW of Henderson to pick up some parts for my car. After arriving at the parts desk, I described to them the part I needed on my car and they knew exactly what I was talking about. After a quick look in the back, they found they were out of the official BMW hose I needed but did have some scrap left over of a generic hose that they gave to me no charge! Granted they were probably going to toss it.
WOW! Did I get lucky on that one! Thank you Parts Department of BMW Henderson! You guys rock!
