Not worth the hassle! The firsts couple visits helped solve some of the issues/concerns I had with possible asthma, but all appointments afterward for "follow-up" were pointless. 45 minutes of waiting for 5 minutes of chat and a prescription renewal....that their staff can't figure out how to process. Never got the prescription after the last visit and realized I didn't need it anyway (didn't have a choice). Now I can't get them to answer their phones to cancel my next appointment because it isn't worth the time and money! If you've got nose or throat problems, go upstairs to the ENT facility in the same complex. Way better staff and service!
