Very popular movie theatre, there is usually a lot of people in the lineups. On my last visit, movie ticket lineups moved quite quickly. The staff weren't very friendly to my girlfriend & I. Our scene cards barcode wasn't scanning from our phone. The lady at the desk must have tried about 20 times, as she huffed and puffed.. She asked us to change the brightness on my screen. (My screen was already set at the brightest setting) So I asked her if it was possible to type the number in - and she rudely said yes.. As if it was a bother. My girlfriend very politely said thank you & was ignored by the lady.. The lineups at the concession stand were barely moving. I heard at least 3 groups of people complaining about the service. I felt as if the staff at the concession stand were much less experienced then the rest of the staff. The young man helping us was so confused, he was literally walking in circles. They have a new caramel covered popcorn "poptopia" - I wouldn't recommend it - tasted a little fishy? Token/change machines in the gaming area never work.
