Staff is always super crazy nice. Love this place. Lines are always long but busy is a good sign. Even though the place is nuts it never takes too long. Only thing that can be sticky is the parking lot, it's size and how cars can get in line from both directions. Makes it a battle sometimes but again well worth it.
