DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the shadiest company I have ever dealt with. First off, the quote that was provided was lower than all of the estimates that I received which should have been a clear indication that something was not right. When the movers came to my house they were terribly rude and jacked up the price an added an additional $800 dollars to the total. The additional charges were to box up items that were not needed to be boxed up and the excuse was that it would be liability if anything ever happened to " the furniture". The estimate of when my furniture would be delivered was also a incorrect.
Once I received my furniture, an item was broken and two items were missing. So I was charged extra to have items boxed up that were lost or stolen???? DO NOT attempt to contact customer service or speak with a supervisor, I believe Maria is her name, pure trash conversation with no skills on how to deal with following-up or resolving any customer complaint. No sympathy or compassion for someones property. I had to call numerous times to followup on my property and eventually submitted a claim in which was a joke, offered $64 on furniture that cost over $800. The only resolution is to contact Anthem Claims, which charges $.60 a pound that also was a JOKE. I am not sure who researched how much my furniture weighed but were so far off they may have missed some zero's or needed to add another 4 to that bullshit amount. This company is not accountable or reliable. Do not let the low estimate fool you, terrible customer service, terrible everything, and you will not get your furniture back nor will you get what you paid for it. Word of mouth is powerful so please DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!!
