I got a call from this company over a month ago after being extremely happy with Symbius for many years. The person who called asked that I give them a chance but called Symbius to verify the call was legit - that this outfit had purchased the CPAP part of Symbius. OK - another week and I sent an email to them. I got a terse answer back that said to keep waiting. As Bob F said I guess may have to go back to Mayo, but who provides their stuff now? Fortunately my wife has another supplier that i guess I will call to find out what steps I need to do. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY. VERY interesting. Withing a couple of hours of posting the above review they sent an email to me that my order was on the way!!! Apparently they respond only to bad public reviews and not phone calls. But by the time I received the email I had already contacted another supplier and within minutes they had my account set up and ready to send. Since it is already on the way I will accept the PPS order but never again. If it were allowed by the terms of YELP I would post the name of the company my wife (and now I) use. Let me just say it is a small local company based in the east part of the Phoenix Metro area.
