This review is based on decor only. A lot of people have complained that its nothing special. but I really did appreciate the handbag department. I really enjoyed how things were displayed, and unlike their competitors, the bags are not locked up which makes it easier to pick things up and try them in front of a mirror. It makes the experience shopable and not like your a thief while wanting to browse to buy and commit to a 2000$ handbag. The jewellery section as well as cream section was nice as well, although unless I'm blind did not see a lot of variety offered in skincare. the store itself is not as big as i imagined it, (especially the mens section, which was a little weak) but I did appreciate the women's department except the HIDEIOUS hangers on opening day that .... intact ladies and gentleman are "STOCK" hangers. Absolutely unacceptable for high end garments. FYI those of you that don't know goods come packaged in stock and they come with shitty hangers plastic ones while they are in transit , and when walking around I saw HIGH end garments on these shitty breakable hangers. Visually extremely disappointing however great selection, and big selection, bigger than I thought. I appreciated the Givenchy and the valentino department and the that area, honestly had an immaculate feeling to it. Nice and bright. At the end of the day, its new and renovated and shiny, Clients appreciate that, ESPECIALLY in a high end atmosphere. How can competitors who haven't renovated in years, think they will ever get loyalty when they don't appreciate their customers overall shopping experience visually especially in the garment industry. Who are you fooling?! Last but not least, the shoes department. A little cluttered in terms of spacially, kind of overwhelming but they did have a really great CREATIVE collection going on. Extremely appreciative.
