I'm honestly a little surprised by some of the reviews here. During my first year of university, I had booked a taxi with another company that never showed up and after waiting awhile and calling the company, they told me the closest taxi was 30 minutes away which wasn't really acceptable. So, I was a little nervous about using another company, but I tried it because at one point I had a really heavy bag that I didn't want to travel on the TTC with.
They've never been late, have always been friendly and helpful with my (often very heavy) bags. I appreciate the flat rate and it's cheaper than a few other companies (from my area, it's $48, but some other places I've looked at were $55+). Overall, exactly what I was looking for.
