Horrible customer service. The customer service is not always right with this Co. I ordered late for Father's Day and did overnight shipping. It was on a Friday so I knew there was a chance it wouldn't get there till Monday. I told my Father who lives a city over from them. Then I get a call Monday on my VM. Called back at 1:00 my time, 4:00 their time and said it had not gone out yet and it was too late to ship overnight on Monday. I saw red. I couldn't believe this p gift I paid $22 for overnight shipping still hadn't gone out. I told them to get it out so it gets there by Wednesday. No discount nothing.
Fast forward to today, THURSDAY and It still hasn't arrived. I called and spoke with Molly and boy let me tell you........she should not be in customer service. She told me they cancelled the order and said they couldn't get a CLEAR answer from me. What? I told them to just ship Tuesday and I was still paying over $20 for shipping and they cancel my order. I will never do business with this Company ever again and I can't believe with their customer service, their still around. Now my Father has no Fathers Day gift and I look terrible. Shame on this Co.
