I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I left my money in a place in the room where it was wrapped near my clothes so that I can use the pool and when I went back to my room it was gone. I reported the incident to security and they responded back saying that the maid didn't see the money and that in the future I should hide it in their safe. Okay then what happened to the money if it wasn't taken by the staff? Did it walk out of the room on its own?? I know it's highly recommended to lock your valuables but the hotel has access to your safe anyways so it's not like it's completely safe in there. And their staff shouldn't be stealing from their customers no matter what. Period. Really disgusted with how dishonest they are. I don't care how pretty their hotel looks. I don't recommend this place to anyone with their horrible staff.
