Such a horrible experience!!! Do not buy their Groupon as they will still try and charge you. One of their employees messed up and GM was pentalizing me telling me he would discount but I would need to pay the rest and fight with Groupon to get my money back after they redeemed the voucher and made it no longer available!! Wasn't going to let me take my car!
To Jason who posted a comment, I'm assuming who was the one responsible for not making sure customer was happy!!! Customer is always right!!
So Yes after a huge run around and headache, Making me try and contact Groupon even though phone lines were closed!! To try and fix a problem your enployee caused.No complaints for Groupon being able to email me back and fixing issue with Groupon not issue with your establishment. Groupon is awesome!! Your customer service is horrible!! ?
