Here for my first oil change and tire rotation on my new vehicle. I have an appointment and the wait is up to 1 1/2 hours. I dont understand the long wait when you have an appointment. As I sit here in the lounge I witness the rude ass cashier treat most people with an attitude. It's 9:15 am and the day is just getting started for her, hopefully she checks herself. Glad I prepaid for my first 5 oil changes and tire rotations so I dont have to interact with her. On a positive note the service tech's are nice and friendly. Bottom line, what happened to common courtesy and friendliness?
