I took the 4-hour CPR and first aid class on Sunday with Michael, and it was a great experience. It was my first CPR class. He was extremely knowledgeable. He kept the class interesting by providing stories and lessons that he has learned as an EMT. We had a chance to practice on both adult and infant dummies. The class was mostly CPR focused, with some time at the end to cover first aid. They provided a booklet with more details about CPR and first aid for reference.
