DO NOT RENT HERE! Their reviews don't lie!
My fiancé Justine recently left a review on how our ceiling began to leak December 22, 2016 in our bedroom. They supposedly sent someone out to fix this 1 week later.
January 20, 2017 we come home to a puddle in the same spot.
I just got off the phone with Sarah from management (not willingly). Sarah asked to speak to my fiancé instead, though we are both on the lease. I explained my fiancé had left and she proceeded to tell me "I don't think she left".
Sarah then went on to say she "has had a better conversation with my fiancé, and she will be in contact next week. Have a good day... (Dial-Tone)". I don't deal with management very often but the amount of times she talked over me, along with her hanging up like that struck a nerve.
Judging from my recent experienceS, and their Yelp reviews this is just the the type of culture w/in this establishment.
If you're looking to rent here don't be blinded by the amenities (Pool, Gym, Grills, Dog Parks). The management is flat-out terrible and all they care about is your rent being paid on the 1st and you will find that out if anything were to ever go wrong in your apartment.
