DON'T GO HERE! I have been a patient here for about 17 years. In the last few years the office has taken to hassling me when I don't have my yearly Wellness exam. I called today because I have a sinus infection. They indicated I could not come in for my sinus infection until I had come in for my wellness exam. I asked if they would revoke my established patient status so I could come in (after all it is a walk In clinic!). The guy indicated he would revoke my patient status - but did not offer an appointment - so I hung up. Additionally when my mother needed a copy of her medical records, the doctor refused because she did not agree with the treatment. They treated my mother very rudely. My mother had to cancel her established patient status and wait 2 weeks to get a copy of her records.
