So far, so great! I am addicted to my extensions. I'm going on my third lift now with the same ones, and they still look great. Yes, a lot of hair falls off when I do get them lifted, and yes, it is a little scary to see the knots and yes, extensions are a little hard on your hair. But knowing that before hand will only help with your experience. I'm sure that if I get them removed tomorrow morning, my hair won't look its best, but isn't that why you get extensions anyway. I'm very happy so far, and can't really see myself taking them off anytime soon. People who give bad reviews because their own hair gets thin after removal should blame the extensions as a whole, not the "installer". Do your homework, know that extensions are not a "natural" process, and just run with it. If you're a purist and don't want anything to alter your natural hair, don't get extensions. I love Katy, she's great at what she does and I can't get enough of my hair.
