. My wife and I went there for a convention.. we had one of thee 3 BR penthouses,
It was quite spacious , We did not use the pool or any of the other facilities .
We are retired seniors and this doesn't appeal to us.
Our complaint about the Resort is that it is not well maintained.
Sliding doors didn't work well, toilet seat ready to fall off .
cabinet doors didn't close properly,
Carpet was filthy....I wore white socks and in a couple hours they were black.
Pillow shams and bedspread were filthy. We spent time in 3 other resorts last year. All were in Oregon .... Redmond, Seaside, and Klamath Falls..... they all had cleaning issues. My wife and I do not feel as though our sanitation issues are being addressed.
We will probably sell our credits as we won't use any of the resorts again..
These were sold to us as being clean resorts, and they are not even close to that
