First let me say that I just moved here from New Orleans. I live to eat and know good food when I taste it. With all due respect, I have no idea how this restaurant got so many 4-5 star reviews. The service is great and fast, but that's all I can say on a positive note. The fish tacos were on the fishy side - even with all of the heavy seasoning and salt, you can't be fooled. Nothing that we got here was fresh. The "queso" was straight up Velveeta with some peppers (probably Rotel, if I had to guess). The "Mexican slaw" was the blandest of cole slaw with some pumpkin seeds sprinkled on top. Neither the salsa nor the pico de gallo was fresh - you know this Bc it was cold - straight out of the fridge. Any salsa you get at a legit Mexican restaurant, or just any restaurant in general, are served room temp. In either case, it was bland as hell. Save your time and money and head next door to Sabor. Everything is fresh and authentic and delicious.
