The owners decided to have reduced hours for the holidays, which makes no sense at all, because this is when many people are out and about. when I tried to visit on January 2, they reached capacity and wait time was around one hour. Outside in the winter. Me thinks not. Not like they give me a pager, so I can return when my turn is up. Nope, they want me standing right by their door and they do not take any reservations. They told me - City of Toronto will do random checks and count people in the room, so yeah I have to wait. I get it - but perhaps limit the time in the cafe for better crowd control? I do not think I am coming back though. Cats are cute and all, but I do not want to waste my time.
