I was here with my boyfriend on a Wednesday night and the restaurant was surprisingly packed, though we didn't have to wait for a table. The fried udon that we ordered was good, but the silver needle noodles that we also ordered were kind of plain. Dishes were also quite small for the price. If Phoenix was on the way to somewhere I had to go then sure, I'd eat here. Other than that, no.
