Wow the return policy here is like going through US customs. They gave me a difficult time just to return a $40 item. As a contractor I buy frequently from Lowes and Home Depot and never have issues when it comes to refunds. I'm steering clear of Rona. It's too bad Canadian businesses can't get their act together.
