When we first moved into the Almeria apartments, the PC Bell management company was great! The grounds were very well kept and the management team was awesome to work with. When the new management company, Greystar took over things went downhill. The grounds do not look nearly as good, in fact, right now (springtime)the flowers are trimmed back to nothing. They took forever to replace pool lounges and removed half of the umbrellas. The pool was often green on the sides with algae. The stairwell entering our apartment was always gross. The management team was just ok. When we moved out, we were hit with charges we were not told about and even charged for things we asked about prior and told we wouldn't be charged for. With all of the places near this location, I would not recommend Almeria.
