Dr. Feng is incredible. My son had a inguinal hernia and Dr. Feng got him set up with a surgery and took really good care of him. Dr. Feng made sure when I called with questions to call me back and speak with me directly. I mean, I haven't met a doctor who calls patients directly so this was very impressive. Anyways, fast forward, surgery was yesterday and Dr. Feng was communicating with us constantly and there through everything. Surgery went fantastic. There's a little swelling and bruising but his office was quick to answer and address all my issues. Any parent that has to go through any type of surgery knows it's scary and hard, but this doctor is a true genius.
I gave four stars because in the very beginning my appointment was randomly cancelled. I had called to check to see if they had later dates available but they had too far out so I had them keep our appointment. When we got there that day, they told us it's cancelled. After speaking with the manager they took him in but I felt it could have been a little better handled. They had my husband and son wait almost two hours before seeing my son. No one really addressed the issue and it almost stopped us from ever going back.
Dr. Feng is who helped us really realize how great he is and that we needed to get my son better. I'm grateful he was our urologist through this whole scary process.
