This place usually does a pretty great job for the price and my complaints aren't enough to keep me from coming back.. Usually! So that's why I'll give 3 stars .. But based on today alone it should be a 1..
I think after this time I'll be seeking a new nail spot. Not only was there a full blown argument between the whole staff and 2 girls over a payment that went on right in the shop, most of the staff continued to loudly bicker amongst each other over it for the duration of my pedicure.. Highly unprofessional!!
I'm 8 months pregnant and here to relax. Nothing about my experience today was relaxing. On top of the drama my technician cut me, half heartedly scrubbed/massaged me and rinsed me with scalding hot water at the end. Oh and dropped her pumice on the floor during the scrubbing part then picked it up and continued to use it on me without sanitizing!! I usually see lynn or Nicki for nail fills and have been happy. But I don't think I'll feel comfortable coming back anymore, at least not for pedicures and when the manager isn't here. Fingers crossed for no fungus!
