It's been almost a year since I had them inspect a property I was buying. Not a good decision. They charge more than most places for such an average job. My realtor gave me all the same info that Doug found except the brand of AC unit I had on my roof. The report which came after the inspection was weak compared to other sample reports I have seen from other bidders. TERRIBLE post-inspection customer service. Would not answer questions in a timely manner, if at all. I had sent my questions to Doug via email, with his agreement, since I can't do calls at work during the day. I had to follow up several times. When he finally called back, he basically told me that he's too busy and can't be bothered with stupid emails and that if I can't tell him right now over the phone, thank you and goodbye. I had multiple issues/questions I needed him to clarify but I was so shocked and appalled at the treatment I received that all I could say to myself was WOW. I did not pursue my unresolved questions anymore with this company, since they will never earn back my trust or any of my friends. Buyer beware and do your research.
