I had a great experience at this place. My car was overheating and I'm new to the area so called a couple places not too far from where I live to see if I could get my car looked at right away. This place said to come on over and they'd look at it right away, so I did. Turned out I needed a new part, which they were able to get and install immediately. The whole process took about 4 hours and saved me a ton of money since I didn't have to rent a car for a day or two while waiting for the repair (which I probably would have if I'd taken it anywhere else). Cost of repair was fair and they didn't try to tell me about "all the other things I should have fixed". In fact, when I asked for a quote on a different issue I already knew about, I was quoted less than half of what other places quoted and was also told that it wasn't an urgent issue...it could wait if I wanted to . My only suggestion: it would have been nice if they had a shuttle service to take me home so I could wait somewhere I bit more comfortable, but that's the only con I can come up with for this place.
