After looking at numerous car brands and visiting different dealerships, I was convinced that you could only find that at BMW. With pleasure I say, I was mistaken. I say I was mistaken because I had the great fortune of working with Greg at the dealership. From the second I stepped on the lot I was greeted by Greg and he seemed to have a genuine interest in what I was looking for. Throughout our interaction we test drove several vehicles and he did what any great sales person should do - became a friend, someone to relate and talk to. Justin & Duane were also fantastic throughout the negotiation process--albeit a long one.
All in all, everyone made me feel like an Audi Owner already when I was just test driving. I felt like Greg had known me for years and we were just catching up and he were telling me about the new cars available; that is key to going from a good sales person to a great sales person. I'm incredibly impressed by all those involved in the process of purchasing my new vehicle. Also a thank you to Kyle, who gave an excellent 2nd delivery and explained the features inside the vehicle.
